At Mesoderma, we are committed to delivering your favorite naturals-based skincare products safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be shipped.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹75 is applicable for orders below ₹999.


4. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to external factors like weather or courier issues.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can also track your order status from your Mesoderma account dashboard.


6. Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, it will be returned to us.

  • We will contact you for re-shipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details at [mesoderma01@gmail.com].
